Any known issues with Project server 2003 and Small Business server 2003?

I am trying to install Project server 2003 on a SBS 2003.SBS already has sharepoint services loaded. ( I have a comapany intranet with remote access set up and it works fine). when I load Project server I am either missing something or it wont work with SBS as I can't even access the project web admin page, (I have even tried going through the server manager and navigating to it from there) ...all I can get is a 404 error.

So....any one else loaded it SBS and gotten it to work..?

Hi Jim,

Yes, others have gotten it work on SBS but apparently it's not a completely
straightforward process. Unfortunately I can't offer much help since I
haven't been through this (yet), but there is an earlier post on this
(search for "PS install under SBS 2003" dated 1/26/2004 in this news group,
or "Project Server under 2k3" dated 1/26/2004 in the sbs newsgroup) in which
the exact same error you mention was encountered. Unfortuanately, I don't
think the poster ever followed up with how he solved it (although he did
provide his email address). But hopefully he'll respond here with how he
did it (if not, maybe you could). This has come up enough that it would be
nice if MS offered some special instructions for us SBSer's.

If things get really desperate you might try emailing Gregg (see below) or
posting on the sbs newsgroup.

I did see that post after I had posted this...so I know it can be

done...just have to figure out how...hopefully I can find out soon...got
people ready to kill for this..
