any letters or templates written to underwriting for loan approval

[Needing Help In Iowa]

I am a fraud victim and have taken the necessary steps needed to avoid
something like this from happening again. To date, my credit is still not
straight but I am needing a sample or some advice in composing a letter. It
is letter to submit to underwriting for credit approvals for a home, auto and
personal loan. Any assistance with this would greatly be appreciated. Thanks.

I'd suggest talking to a bank or a credit reporting agency. Get their take
on how to handle this. Unfortunately you aren't the first - and you won't be
the last. (I know a woman who had this happen prior to 1992 and as of 1999
she was still dealing with it.)
