Any one tell the settings to get emotional icons in outlook(2003)

Hello,
I am using outlook 2003 version.. I am not able to put in the emotional icon
in outlook! i can just get . But i need that round face with all fetures
in it. I have cahnged to HTML format & tried many optional. Not able to find.
Can any one plz educate me on this.
