any one use pegasus digital pen with one note

Does it import writing into Onenote as an image or as text?

I've not used it, but my reading of their website says that it has its
own handwriting-to-text software (*not* the Ink API found only on a
Tablet PC and required for OneNote to do the HW recognition natively).
You somehow write with the Pegasys system, and the Pegasys system inserts
the converted text into OneNote.
