I use notepad. Just create text files with lists. Give them a meaningful
name. But the original source is the MS KB and using relevant words.

Tom,

Thanks. That's very similar to my method in OL which is to use categories
for the topic. I guess it's a case of more lists, more items in the lists,
and more time spent in the KB in your case.

I'll keep plugging away (unless of course you want to send me your files and
I can load them into OL - only joking)

Have a look here for an index of ALL MSKB articles. I copied the Excel
section(1091 articles) to a Workbook where I can sort and filter by number,
version or description.
