Any warning message should have an explanation in Help

I should be able to retype any warning or unusual item that shows up on my
screen and get information in help. Locked Fields in Mail merge. How do I fix
that and unlock those fields. No Help.
An introduction box showed up in my header in Outlook...No Help.
Seems pretty basic to me.

Yes, Cannot be found. When Merging I get a message stating that Locked Fields
cannot be updated and requiring that I hit enter for every email. With a
newsletter of 500 plus that gets pretty tedious.
Then today, I used "Send to" from a IE page and an "Introduction" box
appears right under the "subject" box. I don't know where it came from, but
would like to replicate it. Nothing in Help or on Google or Microsoft.
