Any way for Project 2002 to read Project 2007 files?

I have Project 2002 and rcvd a Project 2007 file. Is there any extension I
can add to my 2002 version to get it to read the 2007 file?

No, but you can have whomever provided the file to you to save it in an
earlier version format.
