Any way of enlarging the toolbars?

On these newer higher res laptops, the font and icons are particularly small.

It's interesting... Eudora's toolbar icons, while smaller, are still large enough. I'm hoping there's a way I haven't found of making Word's toolbars larger (and Excel's for that matter).

Otherwise, I'm looking at eyestrain. :) I do know about the resolution independence command in the terminal, but was hoping for a Word/Excel based command.

Sorry, there is no such setting adjustment :-( It's something we've been
nagging at MacBU about for some time.

So, which do you think will come first--GUI resolution independence built into the OS, or Microsoft BU enlarging the fonts and icons? :)

I should have added a smile :) after my question! :)

Of course, Apple's not much better-- the sidebar is tiny and iTunes review text is unreadable! And that you'd think they'd fix for $$ reasons!
