Any way to have a mandatory office profile

Thanks in advance for any ideas

I have a school lab where kids will be kids, and delete buttons off
toolbars, rearrange stuff for no good reason, etc

Is there any way to create an office equivalent of a mandatory roaming
profile, so all workstations will present the same look, that the kids can't
change. The teachers would be eternally grateful for a solution to this
issue
