Any way to highlight part of an image

I'd like to hightlight part of an image inside an object. Can I do
this in Visio?

Hello Jobs,

You could simulate this by adding a semi-transparent shape over the top that
had a cut-out, and then create a group shape.

Not directly within Visio as far as I know, the best thing to do might
be to use image editing software to split the image into appropriate
sections and add each image to Visio individually. Each image can now
be selected independently.
