Any way to insert a popup in slides saved as a web page?

I have a text-rich Front-page (2003-SP1, XP)-based site, and have started to
add PP (2002) slide presentations saved as a Web page. Does anyone know an
add-in or way to insert popup code in the displayed PP slides?

Try importing the Presentation into FrontPage and then add the link to open
in a new window.
