any way to restore a deleted enterprise resource?

hi all,

i deleted an enterprise resource that was still associated with
projects

now we cannot view any of the time this resource logged on any of those
projects

question - is there any way i can restore this resource to these
projects, or any way to reassign the tasks in such a way as to recover
the time entered?
