I assign people to accounts, but don't want them to worry about the
assignment of contacts associated to accounts in Business Contact Manager. I
would like to stop BCM from automatically assigning the record creator as the
assigned to person for a contact. It's confusing because the account has
one person assigned and if someone else adds a contact name to account, then
the new contact name assigns that contact to the person who created the
record and not to the account owner.
If I can't stop the auto assignment based upon record creator, then is there
a way to automatically assign a contact to the same person who owns the
account?
