Anybody with MSMAIL

we have been using MSMAIL for internal mail distribution, for some reason I
have changed the distribution server to a new machine and configured with the
same user name and password. Now when ever user sends a message to other user
it says undeliverd? what is the problem.

How do you pick the internal distribution name? through To and then from the
list or the cached name?

Dear,
You can either delete the autocomplete cache file for outlook or delete the
individual user name after typing first 3 character (one charater for OL03).
Once you delete, then you take from the Pot office Address List (one time
only for each user - but you need to send the mail for each user). It is very
simple to delete the n2k file but it will delete all the other contact names.
In this case you may need to rebuild all the contacts to the cache. So better
stick with the second option.
