Hi
I have a three different site. Exchange server hosted on A site. We are trying to configure the outlook with one of the user account. B Site configuration went fine. In C site, While configuring outlook, after giving the exchange server name/IP and user id, it keeps prompting for password, even we are giving the right password, it keeps prompting again and again and config not completes. But in the C site, If i give exchange admin credentials for any account, configuration went fine.
B site and C site are not belongs to the exchange server domain
FYI. The OWA access on all sites are works fine. Suspecting some access or Firewall rule in the C Site disallows it
Any one trying to get a right solution please?
