I can't offer any help, but I'm curious....what is a "DD form 2"?

DD Form 2 is the legacy U.S. military ID card <http://www.triwest.com/
unauth/content/provider/notices/2006/MilitaryIDCards.pdf>. This card
is still carried by family members and retirees. Current active duty
military members carry an HSPD-12 compliant Common Access Card (CAC)
