I have outlook 2003 running and when I close the program,
there is still an outlook.exe process running in the task
manager. Outlook won't reopen unless I manually end task
the process.
I've tried the usual things.
-There are no programs like WinFAX or antivirus programs
running and causing problems.
-I've closed all of the add-ins with no change.
-I've renamed the extend.dat, outcmd.dat, and outlook.srs
files with no change.
-I've reinstalled Office 2003 from scratch with no change.
Has anyone found a working solution for this issue?
