Anyone Getting Proofing Tools Message?

I'm in Word 2007/Windows 7. In my current document auto spell check does not
work. When I manually spell check I get a popup that states: "Cannot find
proofing tools for Dutch (Netherlands). If you have . . ." The an English
spell check that I've never seen before pups up and works. I don't have the
problem in other documents. My default language is correctly set for English
in the operating system.
What happened?

Part of the text has been marked as Dutch. Select the whole document and
apply the desired language via Review tab | Set Language. While you are in
the Language dialog box, be sure to turn off "Detect language
automatically."
