Anyone Have "Easiest" of AddIn Examples for VB.NET (Visual Studio 2005) ?

I'm interested in learning about addins and shimming for VB.NET (Visual
Studio 2005) and need some easy examples. Anyone have any? How about
any good sites I can go to learn or download?
