Anyone having issues with Outlook Daylight Savings time patch?

My IT boss installed the Outlook Daylight Savings Time patch on Monday on his
machine and for the past two days he gets a message when opening Outlook
"Microsoft Exchange Server is unavailable" with Retry and Cancel. When he
reboots his machine he logs into the network and can connect again back to
the Exchange server?

Has anyone had this issue at all recently? I'm just curious if this is
because of the Outlook DST patch.
