Anyone know how to add exponents to a PowerPoint?

i am doing a presentation for a math class and I have no clue on how to put
an exponent in a PowerPoint! Any suggestions?

Do you mean superscript (it's been a while since I've been in math class)?
Highlight the text you want to superscript. Go to the Format Tool Bar: Format

Couldn't you just add a superscript? You can do those in Format | Font if
you don't want to go as far as using the equation editor.
