Anyone know how to chart streaming data in excel?

[Charting Streaming Data]

I have excel linked to an external program that consistantly updates one
cell. I want to be able to chart the changes of that cell. I'd also like to
be able to record the time between cell changes if possible. Any information
on the subject is appreciated.
