Anyone know the code for linebreaks (Control + Enter) ??

Hi ... I am loading a text string created with Flash
Actionscript into a single Access cell. I want to keep
the linebreaks ... have tried %0A and \r ... but they
don't work. Does anyone know what the code is ?? Cheers,
