Anyone would think how to keep self-check on procrastination? HOW?

This may be THE way I have been looking for since those self-help books
always end up womewhere in a bookcase - these programs I have to face every
day....

Any idea?

No, but you certainly don't need to face them in an Access database
newsgroup. You are unlikely to get better advice here.
