Anyway to password Outlook Express on startup?

Just wondering if there is a way to password protect
Outlook Express 6.0 as SOON as you fire up the program.

I tried setting up an identity and passwording that - but
it doesn't seem to work.. I never have to enter it.. or it
never asks what identity to use..
