-anyway to scrub a list for do not call list in access or Excel

I live in Canada and we have just been introduced to the Do Not Call List. I
was wongering if any way the files can be scrubbed with Access or Ecell. If
not anyone know of aa reliable Software that can do it.
Any help would be appreciated.

What do you mean when you say "the files can be scrubbed?"
Explain a little more. What format is the data in now?
Do you by change have two list - 'Do Not Call List' & 'Contact List?'

Subscriptions to the Canadian Do Not Call List are available in .csv
format, comma delimited.

It should be very easy for anyone with a some Access knowledge to load
the data. As to scrubbing your data, how are you building your target
lists now?
