AOL mail managed via MS Outlook

I have just set up Outlook on my new Windows 7 system. When I open Outlook I
can only see my mail under the folder labeled as my mail account on AOL (not
unde rAll Mail Items, Inbox). While I can view the mail this way, I can't
manage it (move, delete, etc.),

This may have been a result of an issue during set-up, but I'd like to
correct it.

There is nothing to correct. AOL is accessed via IMAP account an
that's how IMAP accounts work. They have their own folder set
