AOL Outlook Setup

I am having trouble configuring outlook to send and receive at my clients
office. I tried the same setup at my office and it worked fine.
I get messages that headers are missing. Should I just re-install Outlook on
my clients PC?

What are these messages you're getting about missing headers? Please be more
specific.
