Apostrophes show as question mark

Apostrophes show up as question marks in messages and subject lines. All
fonts selected in the Options have an apostrophe.

I'm having the same problem. Each time I send out an email, outlook converts
all of the apostrophes into question marks. It's annoying! I haven't been
able to find any answers online about it.

Version of Outlook? Either your font does not support Unicode encoding or
character encoding is not correct.
