Appears to be publishing but doesn't

publishing files

When I upload my FP files, it goes through all the motions of publishing and
reads that it has done so but nothing has changed when I bring up the site.
What do I need to do to get it to publish. I am new with FrontPage.

Check with your host or ISP to see if they have a proxy caching server in place
