Appending/Combining Named Ranges

Hello,

I have several worksheets that I compile into one large table. W
essentially are using Excel to emulate a database (yes, I realize thi
is a stupid human trick).

To simplify the process and reduce the number of links, I'm wonderin
if I could use named ranges to combine the tables.

1) Is there a way to 'append' multipled named ranges to one another?

2) Is there a way to 'display' the contents of a named range onto
table.
