Does - Apple Message framework v623 -with this information in an email
header does it indicate the sender is using a Mac?

I just had to see how the Mac OS Mail client is identified in the header
and it's as "Apple Message framework" - mine is v749.3. My OS is 10.4.6

I believe so, but the guys in the mac groups would know for sure.
