application-defined or object-defined error

When I attempt to create (in Access) a Form, Report, etc.
I get "application-defined or object-defined error" at
the choose 'layout' (columnar, etc.) step. I
have 'Repaired', 'Reinstalled', 'Removed and Reinstalled',
searched MSDN and the web with no success. The functions
were working fine! Then this. Any help or directions to
any help will be welcomed. Thanks.
