Oh my God - PLEASE can someone help me please please

A little while ago I changed my folder name in
c:\windows\profiles\rik <- i changed that name MANUALLY to
ryk so it read c:\windows\profiles\ryk and the next time i
logged on, everything went ie. desktop changed, no
favourites OR programs etc. I tried changing it back
to "rik" but to no avail.
Annnnyway... now I have no Microsoft Word and cannot find
my CD anymore its been THAT long since I had it! It's
Microsoft Word 2002.. ive tried Microsoft support but its
not allowing me to put ALL of my Product Key in for some
reason.
I'm in the UK so im probably doing everything wrong but
PLEASE how do I get Word back - its probably affecting
other office applications too
