Application Error on close

I have a copy of Outlook 2003 (SP1) that after I exit I get 3-4 application
errors all referencing an instruction at X103853e5 referencing memory at
x000020

I have disabled the add-ins and run detect and repair but still get the
message.

Any ideas?

Do you have Lookout. I had problems in Outlook and the problems went away
when I uninstalled Lookout.
