When I close Outlook 2003 I get the following error:

The instruction at "0x0baebd5d" referenced memory at "0x0be72198". The
memory could not be "read".
Click on OK to terminate the program

Any idea what coud be causing this error?

Thanks,
Marcus

Do you have any add-ins installed for Outlook?

There are 5 or 6. You think it may be one of those? Would you recommend
disabling them one at a time?

Thanks

That is exactly what I'd recommend.

Ben,

I wiggled my RAM around and since I did that I haven't had the problem.
However, I will go through the process if it acts up again. I'll keep you
posted.

Thanks,
Marcus
