Application Errors

Hi,
I have a spreadsheet with a macro. It always pops up the following message
right after I closed it.
"The instruction at “0x66009da1†referenced memory at “0x6520b60câ€. The
memory could not be “readâ€. Click on Ok to terminate the program"
What can I do to eliminate this?
