Application of Project Template

I have created a template for our users. However, some
have created files prior to the template. Is there anyway
to "apply a template" to an existing project?

(We are using MSProject 2003 Prof. Server)

No. Sorry. there is not a way to do this other than copy all the tasks
into the other project but at that point you may as well just delete
the first one and start over from the template.
