I have an update app that runs at night and it kicked off last night and has
gotten stuck. How do I get rid of the record lock file so I can try to run
it again.

Have you tried to just delete the .ldb file? If it won't delete, you
probably have to get your network administrator to boot all users from the
file and then delete it.
