Apply Design

Hi

I want Powerpoint to start with one special Apply design every time.

Can anyone help me with that ?

In the other Office programm there are Makron like "Autoopen" but i can't
find that in Powerpoint.

And i can't find any Folders from where i can "start" Powerpoint.

I have seen more difficults solution about this like Add-ins, but this was
really easy.
