Apply Rule doesn't show rules...

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Processor: Intel
Email Client: pop

I know that sounds weird. When I click on the Sent Mail folder and ask it to apply a rule, I get All Rules greyed out, no list of rules. Can I not apply rules to the Sent Mail folder?

My options are not grayed out. Try selecting a specific rule and see if that
works.
