I regularly receive an email with an attached report that I need to forward
automatically to several people in my company. It may come from any one of
several individuals (including people whose names I don't know) at the
sending company (call it "sendco"), so I want to set up a rule that says:
- when a message is received from anyone at sendco
- with the following words in the subject line...
- forward it to ...
It's the first criterion that I'm having trouble with. As far as I can see,
Outlook requires me to identify individuals as the senders and won't let me
specify "anyone at sendco". Is there a way to have Outlook act on the domain
alone rather than the full address?
