Applying a filter based on a previous selection

I'm trying to create a form that keeps track of work orders, and am NEW to
Access. Every work order comes from a company and can be placed by one or
more people from within that company. I've made a table for workorders and a
table for business contacts. These two tables are related through of third
which just stores business names.

How could I make it so that once the user selects the company from one box,
the next box presents him with the option of selecting from people that work
for that company? Is this something that can be done within the work order
table? It seems as though there is something really simple that I'm missing.
Any advice would be much appreciated.
