Applying Archive and View Properties to Sub Folders

I have about 100 hundred folders nested up to four levels
under my inbox. I would like to universally apply
archive properties and view format properties to all
folders -- is there any way to do this automatically
(i.e. other than setting parameters for each folder
individually)?
