Applying Outlook rules to messages in the junk folder

I'm trying to find a way to make Outlook rules work on messages that Outlook
has filtered as spam and placed in the junk folder. It seems I can only do
this by manually running the rules on the junk folder. Is there a way to
make this happen automatically?
