Applying Subject Prefixes

Hello,

Is there a way either within MS Outlook or by third party
application/plug-in to facilitate the ability to insert commonly used subject
prefixes?

I deal with various projects and aside from dumping them in related folders
which I already do I have a need to organize my emails using subject
prefixes. For example [test project].

I also like to use these when sending to multiple groups of people. Is
there a way?

I would love to see some sort of auto-populate work in the subject field
just as the auto-populate works in the address line.
