Appointment for other users, not myself

I want to create an appointment for other users without the same appointment
showing up on my calendar. Does Outlook 2003 support this.

Here is the situation: I am a network administrator. My boss (CEO) asks me
to send an appointment to all his managers for a meeting. I am not a manager
so I don't have to attend the meeting. However, if I create an appointment
and invite my boss and managers, the meeting also shows up on my calendar.
Yes, I can delete it from my calendar after everyone invited responded. Is
there a way to prevent the meeting from showing up on my calendar?
