I can still design an IPM.Appoitment form but when I want to make a new appoitment the e-mail message form is selected
When I go to choose the Appointment form in the standard forms library I get "Form Load Failed" - other form types e.g. contact or message open as normal
I have uninstalled & reinstalled Outlook with no success.
