Appointment options greyed out

Stuart

I have an issue here. I am working with a user who apparently has office
2003 installed on one of our client machines. He contacted the helpdesk with
this issue. Whenever he creates a new appointment in outlook most of the
frequently used options such as inviting attendees and so on and so forth are
greyed out. Any one have any suggestions?

Thanks

Sorry should have included that information. I am in a corporate
environment. I have never heard of this before. We use exchange.

it won't hurt to give it a go - but it sounds like his profile is corrupted.
So you'll probably end up making him a new one.
