Any reason you don't make your own? 15 minute increments are not
difficult in Excel
Put say 9:00 in one cell, then 9:15 in the cell below it. Now select the
two cells, and then drag down with the little square in the lower right
corner of the bottom cell to autofill on down. (Use what ever starting
time you want, doesn't have to be 9:00)
